Latest News EB-5 Visa Programme Extended until September 2009March 2009 Newsletter The US EB-5 investor visa has been designed by the US Government to increase employment and attract overseas capital investment to a number of "Regional Centers" around the country. These Regional Centers include a ski resort in Vermont, a dairy farm in North Dakota, a shipyard in Philadelphia, a film studio in Hollywood and, most recently, a luxury condominium-hotel just one mile from Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. 
 For a minimum investment of $500,000 EB-5 immigrants and their families may live, permanently and legally, anywhere in the US (irrespective of which Regional Center they invest in). EB-5 ("EB" represents "Employment Based") immigrant investors receive a competitive financial return on their investment and will recover the full investment amount, subject to the Regional Center's financial performance, usually in 3 to 5 years.
